An evaluation was made of the Town’s sewer collection system to determine the extent and location of I/I, and to evaluate the condition of the sewer lines and manholes.

Flow measurements were taken at key manholes during the 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. period, and a flow recorder was set up at the sewage treatment plant. Locations of high infiltration were determined, and a priority list for rehabilitation was prepared
