WestWater Engineering completed a comprehensive analysis of the wells, storage tanks, and distribution system for the Town of Dinosaur in early 2002.
The analysis included a survey of the existing infrastructure including the existing tanks, pumps, pipelines and valves. WestWater Engineering developed specific standards and evaluation criteria for determining the existing levels of service throughout the system, and desired levels of service to be provided based upon existing and future demands.
The existing and future demands were then evaluated in the water distribution model system for use by the Town. Based upon the results of the analysis, a prioritized capital improvements plan was developed for the Town.
