WestWater worked on a contract basis as Project Engineer for design of the DeBeque Water Treatment Plant. The treatment plant incorporates hydraulic flocculation, tube settling, and a dual media filter with chemical feed systems to handle highly turbid Colorado River water.

The capacity of the plant is 200,000 gpd and is readily expandable to 1.0 mgd. The system has consistently been able to meet Water Quality Standards and provide adequate water supply for the present residents.
