WestWater performed a wetland delineation, Army Corps of Engineers 404 permitting, conducted threatened and endangered species surveys, and prepared a biological assessment for consultation on Colorado River endangered fish species.

WestWater completed full permit support and acted as the agent for the City of Grand Junction with the USFWS and ACOE.
