WestWater completed full ACOE permitting services in support of the enlargement of a Colorado State Engineers Office (SEO) Jurisdictional Dam on the Grand Mesa, including wetland/fen delineation of the site.

WestWater completed full permit support and acted as the agent for the company through permit, implementation, construction, and state certification of the facility.

Additionally, aspects of the project include development of statistically valid wetland monitoring protocols in conjunction with Army Corps of Engineers and USFS personnel.
