The 29 Road Sewer Line Replacement bore under the Union Pacific Railway hump yard was the second phase of the 29 Road project from D Road to I-70B.

The project consisted primarily of a 320-foot 36-inch steel casing auger bore under the Union Pacific Railway switch yard south of I-70B along the 29 Road corridor. The project was successfully completed for the Central Grand Valley Sanitation District as a part of the I-70B highway overpass project.
